Hi,

I have seen this very same issue. We had the the option ListenAddress set to :: and this worked until now.
We specifically had to add the option ListenAdress 0.0.0.0 to make it work again on ipv4.

It must be something CentOS specific since I couldn't find any reference (in my 2 second google search) other than this issue reported on the centOS mailing list.
