We don't setup individual site hosting arrangements. If you can
contribute servers and b/w into the .centos.org pool that would be welcome.

I think we are ok for Europe for the Tshirts to be in the UK, the by
weight shipping is actually cheapest from here ( based on an adhoc
lookup we did on irc earlier in the day ); this is more of an issue for
place where the distances are too far from the UK. And we have a
high'ish concentration of requests. eg. the US and Japan.
