Finally.. `yum reinstall '*'` fixed the issue(s). The RPMDB is now
clean, yum is not warning anymore, there's no incomplete transaction,
and the CentOS6 install seems fully functional.

Thanks a lot to all, Ljubomir, Mark, Louis and Les, you really helped
me (and it was quite critical I had to fix this quickly even if I
didn't mention this point).
