If you suspect that you're experiencing a specific bug I sugest you look for a version in which it was fixed and then compare to CentOS-6. In linux you can find details about a kernel module using the modinfo command (like "modinfo mptscsih"). As of right now the latest C6 kernel is 2.6.32-220.4.1.el6 which contains mptscsih version 3.04.19 (which is the same as upstream kernel 3.1 and seven minor versions up compared to 2.6.32). /Peter
