Please check build depends of
http://vault.centos.org/6.2/os/Source/SPackages/vim-7.2.411-1.6.el6.src.rpm or http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/vim/7.3.393/1.fc17/src/vim-7.3.393-1.fc17.src.rpm
