Yes, I've tried it, with the exact same result:

[root@picard ~]# yum clean all
Loaded plugins: downloadonly, fastestmirror, priorities
Cleaning up Everything
Cleaning up list of fastest mirrors
[root@picard ~]# yum update
Loaded plugins: downloadonly, fastestmirror, priorities
