Hello - AFAIK, bwm is not included with CentOS. You can get a fairly reliable package from the Dag RPM Repository. Follow the instructions here for adding it to your /etc/yum.conf (B3 section). Don't let the 'apt' in the URL confuse you, yum works great: http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/FAQ.php#B There are a lot of other nice packages in that repository as well. You can get a package overview here: http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/packages.php I hope that helps some, I use that package repository for lots of things. -Alex On Tue, 2005-05-10 at 10:38 -0700, Rudi Starcevic wrote: > Hi, > > I'm trying to install bwm on my Centos box without joy so far. > > # yum check-update > # yum install bwm > Gathering header information file(s) from server(s) > Server: CentOS-3 - Addons > Server: CentOS-3 - Base > Server: CentOS-3 - Extras > Server: CentOS-3 - Updates > Finding updated packages > Downloading needed headers > Cannot find a package matching bwm > No actions to take > > # yum search bwm > Gathering header information file(s) from server(s) > Server: CentOS-3 - Addons > Server: CentOS-3 - Base > Server: CentOS-3 - Extras > Server: CentOS-3 - Updates > Finding updated packages > Downloading needed headers > Looking in available packages for a providing package > No packages found > Looking in installed packages for a providing package > No packages found > > Hmm ... can you help me get 'bwm' installed? > > Thanks. > Regards, > Rudi. > > > _______________________________________________ > CentOS mailing list > CentOS@xxxxxxxxxx > http://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos >
