not all links work at 25mbit/sec - that is really only local loop's -
most machines are 100mbps within the country but transit rates can vary.
Also, the tree size is 28G at this point - and will grow a bit more by
the time we release.

also, to give you an idea of what the 'external' mirror network is like
:  http://www.karan.org/geomirror/ ; keep in mind that :
- this is from a few months back
- does not include all mirrors ( its about 60 short of the total )

Also, if anyone can help light up some of the not-covered countries,
please do.
