In your server's product guide, you can read:
"Operating systems supported : ... RHEL 4/5 32/64-bit with and without Xen..."
So yes, CentOS 4 should be supported...
By the way, the latest 4.x version is 4.8... and soon 4.9.
Unless you have specific reasons to go 32-bit, go 64...
