This laptop is a Latitude D400, which I think were made in 2005. It definitely doesn't have PAE support. I discovered that when I tried to test Red Hat beta 6 on it. It's okay though, it probably won't last much longer than CentOS 5 support anyhow. It'll work out fine. I'm hoping CentOS doesn't fight me when I try to load the proprietary nVidia driver on the desktop. The only way I could do it in Linux Mint was to blacklist Nouveau in the Grub boot menu.
