[Centos] donating to CentOS

Hello,

I am a very happy user of CentOS and I would like my company to donate
a few bucks.

I'm wondering about the tax/accounting aspect of it. It doesn't look
like the cAosity Foundation is a 501c3 (yet). And we can't write a
check without an invoice. So I guess I'm stuck with the $25 celiling
for a gift.

Or am I missing something here? Is this addressed in an FAQ somewhere?
