[Centos] Centos 4.0 GNOME Bottom Panel changes from 3.x

1. Right-click on each object in the bottom and select "unlock" 
2. Drag each object to the top panel
3. Right-click on the bottom panel and select "Delete this panel"
4. Drag top panel to the bottom of the screen.

Personally I like the default two panel look.
