You could rebuild the RHEMRG RT kernel from source RPM, which is a 2.6.33 kernel:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/linux/enterprise/5Server/en/RHEMRG/SRPMS/kernel-rt-2.6.33.7-rt29.55.el5rt.src.rpm
