AFAIK Samba doesn't directly support quotas..you CAN however setup 
quotas using the linux Filesystem quota manager.  I'm a wimp and use 
webmin most times for that..:)  of course i do NOT have that exposed 
externally(that's what vpn's are for..<G.)
