Thanks for the response. It looks like when we are using Xen, eth0 is become peth0. 

When I tried

ethtool -s peth0 speed 100 duplex full autoneg off

it works fine. I tested throughput and it is optimum.

in this file

 

/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

 

and any others files there as necessary

 

reboot unit or whatever is best for your admin situation...
