I rebuild it on centos 5.5, it works like a charm :D

Step1:download nasm src.rpm from official site
Step2:install ghostscript/texinfo from yum
Step3:rpm -I --momd5 nasm src.rpm
Step4:rpmbuild -bb nasm.spec
