Depends on if it is an OS or hardware thing.

If it's an OS thing, the easiest way is to do:

[root@centos:~ #] modprobe -r pcspkr

Or to make this permanent, add the following line to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist

	blacklist pcspkr
