As it happens they are B0 and C0 steppings! But I have another old PIII-450 on its way courtesy of eBay so I expect I could find a matching pair. SMP seems fine - I have just reinstalled 3.3 from scratch in order to experiment with some IT8212 drivers that need to be recompiled for SMP support. Thanks for the heads-up on the steppings tho'. Without the same stepping you may run into some bizzare SMP problems. It's always prudent to buy dual processors at the same time (to get the same stepping).
