The previous version of centos-yumconf over wrote modified configuration
files. This has been fixed with a new version (centos-
yumconf-4-4.1.noarch.rpm)
To install the upgrade, remove yum and centos-yumconf with this command:
rpm -e centos-yumconf yum
Then reinstall both with this command (all one line):
rpm -Uvh http://mirror.centos.org/centos-4/4.0/os/i386/CentOS/RPMS/yum-2.2.0-1.centos4.2.noarch.rpm http://mirror.centos.org/centos-4/4.0/updates/i386/RPMS/centos-yumconf-4-4.1.noarch.rpm
