Yes, I have tried this.  I have entries like this in my access file:

To:staffing@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx    DISCARD

Yet mail to staffing@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx goes through just fine.  I
think I may be missing something here.
