P.S.
When I reset the mirror repository (RIKEN, Japan) from
Synaptic's preferences menu, the "warning" disappeared
by sudden afterwards, though I did not modified anything else.
As long as I could confirmed right now, there appears
no error messages or warnings and it seems APT works normally.
