[Centos] How do you modify fstab mount points in Centos 4.0?

You can still manually edit the fstab.  I've done it many a time thus
far, with no problems.  Just to be on the safe side, just comment out
the entry you want to remove...that way if something goes haywire,
it's easy to fix.
