Er - not when pressured by Micro$oft.  Consider Framemaker, which was actively working on an 
OS2 (the IBM operating system for PC's) version.  Taken over by Adobe, and the OS2 port was 
vaporized.

This was back in the days when OS2 was still a contender (perhaps fading) in the desktop 
market.
