[Centos] Upgrading from FC3 to Centos 4...

Hi.  I'm contemplating migrating from FC3 to Centos 4RC1 and I'm just 
wondering, is it possible to *upgrade* from FC3 or do I have to do a 
back-up, do a fresh install and restore config files?  Anyone know 
what's the best way to go?  Thanks a lot.
