Looking at the crontab file ...

Daily crons (in /etc/cron.daily) run at 0402 everyday

Weekly crons in /etc/cron.weekly) run at 0422 every Sunday

Monthly crons (in /etc/cron.monthly) run at 0442 on the first day of the
Month.

If it is happening more often than weekly, it could be one of the daily
crons causing it ... one of which is slocate.
