acpi_power_off called

Hi, adding acpi=ht on kernel boot works for me.

kernel 2.6.9-11.EL

title CentOS 4.0 (2.6.9-11.EL)
        root (hd1,0)
        kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.9-11.EL ro root=LABEL=/1 rhgb quiet acpi=ht
        initrd /initrd-2.6.9-11.EL.img
