upgrade from fedora to centos?

Clean install is your friend.
Take a safe backup of /etc and anything else you know that is needed. 
After installation your previous (FC) configuration files should be
restored. You stand 99% chance that they are going to work. You will
be ready in more or less 3 - 4 hours at most
