Works fine without anything special.  

CentOS3 will install/run with as little as 64MB if I remember
correctly.  Now, don't think that machine will do things like desktop
or MYSQL or anything, but it can be an ssh host and do firewall,
email, python, whatever text mode stuff you feel like.  160MB will
probably just barely be able to do a desktop GUI, especially if you
use XFCE or Enlightenment or something like that.
