Once you have dell's aacraid tool installed, I used the check_raid.pl script at http://www.nagiosexchange.org/DELL_Server.61.0.html?&tx_netnagext_pi1% 5Bp_view%5D=12 to integrate in with Nagios. Get the afaapps tools from Dell's site however, since they are newer.
