OK ... I built an xfce4 for CentOS-3.x ... based off the same files as
in CentOS-4 extras.  No yum repo yet though...

If you want to get them:
http://centos.hughesjr.com/3/xfce4/

If you install all but the -devel files, you should have a fully
functional xcfe4 on CentOS-3.x.
