[Centos] Error in access internet from server...

Why not create an alias for the root user that first sets the proxy
envs and then runs the yum command?

ie :

alias yum='export http_proxy=you.ip:port; export
ftp_proxy=your.ip:port ; /path/to/yum'

That wil do the trick.  ;)
