[Centos] md0/fstab

I create all raid arrays with mdadm now, it defaults to persistent
superblocks as well.

Something like:

mdadm -C /dev/md0 -n 2 -l 1 /dev/sd[cd]2
mkfs.ext3 -L/home /dev/md0

There is an mdadm.conf file, but it is mostly used for the mdmonitor
functionality of mdadm.
