[Centos] Oracle 9i, 10g, Apps 11.5.9

I've done a 9i install just fine... :)

It really is a binary compatbile distro to that of RHEL.  :)

All your knowledge of installing and running under RHEL applies
here... It's also good that the CentOS version numbers match those of
RHEL making life easier.
