Wouldn't this be in the .spec file which is include in the SRPM? The 
reason I am responding to this is because I am unsure how to get the 
SRPM. I'm new to 'yum' and unlike apt-get I haven't seen a 'install 
source code'  option.

Lastly, someone mentioned creation of an announce only list for centos, 
please do!
