perl module

thanks everyone, but i still can't install Pod::Usage because of 
depedency.  Is there a way to includ all dependencies into cpan2rpm 
installation?

This is what I tried:

cpan2rpm -i 
http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/B/BB/BBC/Pod-Usage-CGI-1.010.tar.gz
