There are rpms avilable at http://www.karan.org/mock/Xen/
based on a few sessions worth of testing, they do work. I've updated the 
glibc's to the latest released on CentOS4/i386

note: Kernel is XenSource supplied - and is not the 2.6.9-*.EL series
