You have two choices.  The default CentOS config is to use Windows
drivers only.  The config described in "The Official Samba-3 HOWTO and
Reference Guide" (under "Advanced Intelligent Printing with PostScript
Driver Download") has you use Linux drivers and only a generic
PostScript driver for Windows (instead of per-printer drivers).  In my
experience, the former setup (Windows drivers only) is significantly
simpler, and it gives Windows clients better access to printers'
features.
