I have a 1GB iRiver IFP-799T I'm fairly happy with. It has both USB mass
storage and "manager" firmware options. The manager firmware requires a
special library (libifp, found in Fedora Extras), but is more capable
than the USB mass storage firmware. And it also plays Vorbis.
