You'll have to watch out for duplicate uids/gids, but provided you don't
run out of unique uids/gids, yes.

Yes. Migrate and then export LDIF on the Tru64 machine, then import the
LDIF on the CentOS machine.

As for the replication issues, that I have no experience with.
