Bind Setup

<chuckle> it can't right now since it's not running..:)  I intend to 
configure it that way.

I got it reinstalled chrooted thanks David's earlier post.  Now i have a 
fresh and clean bind server with no zones defined at all.  Time to 
figure out how to set it up(using webmin due to another suggestion on 
the list) and ensure it's only place to go for information is the Astaro 
machine.  I am going to define all my internal machines since they are 
DHCP static by MAC..:)
