There is not a formal CentOS port, but most of the centos-3 
sources will build in a build chroot.

My Qubes are not powered atm, but my Netwinder will usually 
build application level packages from RawHide, Centos, and 
Fedora archives with a little trim and fit.   DId you have a 
particular package in mind?
