You can define things on the command line. From the comment, it looks like
there are some variables defined in the spec file: build_centos4 may be one
of those. Your best bet is to crack open the src.rpm (rpm -i), and take a
peek at the spec file. Then, from the command line you can do something like:
rpmbuild -ba --define 'build_centos4 1' package.spec
Assuming they want you to set it to 1, and such a variable exists, of course.
