Centos EOL changes

If my memory serves me, there was a problem with bind breaking during an
upgrade from 3.3 to 3.4, so until the problem was fixed (within the last
week or two), both the 3.3 and 3.4 trees were maintained separately. Now
that the problem has been resolved, the maintainers have combined it all
back into a single tree.
