[Centos] nVIDIA on CentOS 3.3

Thank you for the answer to my question,
it is much appreciated.

Although there are solutions to the problem
as other people point out.

I don't see the point in using a graphics card
which works with drivers that have to be
rebuilt everytime the kernel is updated.
I've been there and done it,
it is unnecessary in 2004.

Kevin Wood.

Hey,

This was exactly the situation under CentOS 3.1.

Moral of the nVIDIA story: if the monitor/display
card/motherboard combination works for you, great. If
not, using a display card from a different
manufacturer may be the best solution.

IMHO.
