[Centos] centos 3.3 and 3.1

Hi all, 
 Here's what's going on. The 3.3 tree is built. All the updates are
built. It's all ready to go. I'm going to merge in all the package
changes from 3.1 to 3.3 (including centos-release) into the 3.1/updates
path.

Then when you run yum update you'll be running 3.3.

However! If your /etc/yum.conf file does not use $releasever to specify
repositories then you won't get any new updates to 3.3.
