[Centos] GPG key not installed?

Just installed v3.1, bringing it up to date to work with. It doesn't 
appear that RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-3 was installed anywhere on the system? 
(easy to find on a CD/google sure, but I'd think it should be installed 
for easy import?)
