Thanks. That looks like a typo in the package release field? Should be 28.el7_3.10.1, rather than 28.el7.10.1.

That's an issue with the dist tag :-/

We reported it in April but looks like it's still happening.

Package is the same, it's just a dist-tag issue.

I can rebuild enforcing it to be .el7_3 if you see issues upgrading to this release.
