You should be using bhyve instead.

Sorry I wasn't able to get this going on CentOS 6.5. I disabled XSAVE but that didn't make a difference. It looks like CentOS KVM is simply too old/broken for FreeBSD 10. Maybe you can try with a newer KVM BIOS so see if that makes a difference.
