I have filed two separate bugs. One which relates to the subject issue is in http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=6561
and one which relates to default kernel 2.6.32 (not related to subject) is http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=6484 & https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=969601
Also, do one of the xen guys want to weigh in ?
