Just adding the info here.. Latest Xen pygrub in centos 5.8 properly supports grub2 and Fedora 16/17 PV domUs,
with and without GPT partitioned disk.

Also there's the "nogpt" boot option for Fedora 16+ installer to force it to create MSDOS partition table instead of GPT.
